Colby Van Wagoner P.K.A. Tangent

 Tangent grew up in Utah and became interested in Hip Hop in High School., then set out to travel the U.S. His discography includes: "Lost then Found" in 1996, "Global Swarm" in 1998, "Loose Endz" in 2001, and "Thought Form" in 2004, afterwards he took a break from music in 2009. Tangent returned to music in 2019. In 2021, he released 'Wander for Wonder' featuring Musalini (NYC), and John Marley (Philly). Tangent released "Easy is Over" in 2021 with The Translations and Anno Domini on production, featured Canibus, Tragedy Khadafi, Swifty McVay, Lil' Flip, and Yukmouth. Tangent released "Rare Oddity" in 2022, while working on the music for the release "Obscure Melodics". 
 "Obscure Melodics" was released in 2023, and included Jeff Friedl on Drums, engineered by Matt McJunkins (A Perfect Circle, Puscifer, Ashes Divide, Devo, and The Beta Machine) Beau James on guitar, Myka 9 (Freestyle Fellowship, Project Blowed) Benny the Butcher, Destruct, Sub2reign, Xzibit, and Tragedy Khadafi. In 2023, Tangent collaborated with the legendary Snoop Dogg on his song "Coastin'"! Tangent's latest release "Alliances" (2024) came after a big break with Holy Toledo Productions in October 2023. He learned members of the Wu-Tang Clan heard his music in addition to Rakim. "Alliances" features Bronze Nazareth, Anno Domini, Rakim and Tangent on production. Also featured on the songs is Rakim, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa, Cappadonna, Killah Priest, and Ghostface Killah!
