Dawn Dineen

Hello - I am an artist, composer, and producer currently touched down in Knoxville, TN (home of Big Ears music festival, Lady Vols basketball, and some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet).

My most recent projects in 2024 are downtempo and chillwave electronica EPs under two monikers: Qulatagh and Electronic Ice Cream. I also compose cinematic cues for sync and create indie singer/songwriter music.

I'm new to TAXI and looking forward to connecting with like-minded creatives through this community! I'm enjoying the process of getting feedback from Taxi's screeners and agree with those who liken Taxi to a gym membership for your songwriting muscles.

Like most of you, music has always been central to my life experiences. The story goes... when I was 5, my aunt tried to sing me to sleep with soft lullabies, and when she ran out of songs and asked me to sing one instead, I busted out every word of 'Rockin' Me' by The Steve Miller Band. I've been exploring songwriting, performing, recording, and production ever since.
