DAN MARCUS is a playwright, screenwriter, and songwriter. He co-wrote the musical play "Juan and the Crocodile," sponsored by the LA Philharmonic and presented at the Hollywood Bowl. His comedy/drama "A Walk Through Time" was commissioned for a centenary commemoration in Cebu, Philippines. He co-wrote the musical "Lysistrata, D.C.," a contemporary reimagining of the classic by Aristophanes, which was presented at the Odyssey Theatre in Los Angeles under the direction of Jules Aaron. In addition, the show had two successful runs at the Stella Adler Theatre in Hollywood. Dan is the co-writer of five stage musicals produced in the Philippines: "Blind Alleys," "The Gift: A Christmas Musical," "Never Too Late," "Blind Lanes," and, and "A New Yorker in Pasil," which was later staged as a charity benefit in Los Angeles. He also served as associate producer and co-writer of the film "Rambler '65" (Rhino Music).
