Starting at the early age of seventeen, I dedicated two decades of my life to serving in the Army, gaining a profound understanding of what it means to fight for one’s country. Throughout those years, I dreamed of pursuing a career in country music as a songwriter. However, my calling to serve took precedence, and that dream had to wait. Today, I am living that dream, sharing my journey and connecting with millions through the authentic stories in the music I write and record.
For me, every song is like an open field—a place where I release my emotions and give voice to the stories that have shaped my life. My hope is that these heartfelt tunes strike a chord with those who listen, forging connections and resonating with shared experiences. Music has the power to bridge souls, and through my songs, I aim to reflect the essence of my journey in a way that touches others deeply. I have written several patriotic songs that have received so much attention and praise from listeners who have lost sons, daughters, husbands, wives, and grandchildren that were serving this great country. These songs are played at funerals, veterans events and other venues around the world.
Country music is more than a genre to me—it’s a way of life. Its timeless tales of love, heartbreak, resilience, and simple joys have been a constant companion to me. The twang of the guitar and raw, emotive lyrics have offered solace during my life’s challenges and amplified my celebrations in brighter times. Country music’s authenticity inspires me to embrace the beauty in imperfection and cherish the relationships and moments that define us.
Through my work, I strive to honor the traditions of this beloved genre while sharing my experiences, staying true to my roots, and celebrating the shared narratives that unite us all. My dream is to have a major country artist record one of my songs.
