Mark Alan Infusino, out of Kenosha, WI is currently a honor roll student in the Music Production program with Los Angeles Film/Recording School. He is on pace to graduate Fall of 2024. Mark has played piano/keys since he was the age of 6 years, and started guitar and bass around 12 years old. He has focused primarily in various sub-genres of progressive metal, but also electronic/house and some rap & hip-hop. Mark played in small local bands during high school and was involved in full album recording metal projects, but decided to work solo after college as he had started his first career in computer science.
Mark’s has now worked as a private contractor in corporate IT as a senior level IBM System Administrator for the i-Series and z-Series mainframes for roughly the last decade after graduating with double major Associate’s in Software Development and Computer Hardware Specialist. He’s looking to completely transfer careers to just writing compositions for the music catalogs by end of 2024.
Mark runs his own local media servers and several other side ventures. Mark is a well tenured freelance artist by hand as well. He’s been drawing since he was an early teen. He does most of his own album artwork and tattoos. He’s proficient in Illustrator, Procreate and Photoshop. He has become quite the handy man too by also doing a ton of DIY home renovations at his lovely condominium.
Mark over the past year, began collaborating with other Kenosha locals and online LA Film students on a TV script which they’ve successfully written 4 full episodes of a dramedy series set in Kenosha, WI. They plan to shoot a proof of concept next summer. He has already written a theme song for it, and sketched out concepts.
Mark in his limited free time, away from servers, school, and writing/playing music, loves weight lifting, cooking, fantasy football, video games, or watching tv series with his lovely fiancé , Allison who is a very successful local barber. They plan to tie the knot in Summer 2024. They have a beautiful mini Aussie shepherd puppy named Levi, and a Chinese crested named Dolk.
Mark although one may say is overwhelmed these days, does not stray away from his main focus. He is fully committed to becoming successful in the music biz. He decided on the artist name “The Mark Alan Project” as a nod to one of his biggest inspirations, Alan Parsons. An icon that was very successful as a composer, musician with multiple genres, and as record producer, engineer, and even a director. Mark strives to also one day have a wide range of success and make a footprint in the industry.
