12:45 Music is a creative collective and music content provider for the consumer commercial market, professional (TV, film, advertising) users and social media content creators.
Commercially our current area of focus is rap. Our rap song catalog has a retro/throwback vibe by design. We believe our songs would appeal to listeners of Sirius XM Fly, Sirius XM The Flow or Sirius XM Rock the Bells satellite radio stations.
For the professional market, our catalog includes our commercial releases + instrumentals in hip hop, r&b, electronic and dance centric genres. Where it creatively makes sense, we create alternate versions of songs to broaden our submission possibilities, for example, creating a trap version of a retro sounding rap song.
We are slowly transitioning from a commerical first to professional/B2B first business model.
