David A. Stewart

David A. Stewart is a songwriter who has had songs published in Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles. He currently concentrates on Country in all its many sub-genres, permutations and hybridizations (as well as just plain stone Country), but is certainly not unfamiliar with rock, pop, r&b, etc.
David’s been writing songs since he was 6, so it’s most definitely in his soul. Along the way, he’s won the Abe Olman Scholarship, and the Grand Prize in the NSAI/CMT Song Contest (as well as being a 5-time finalist). He has numerous TV/Film placements (True Blood, Northern Exposure, et al), plenty of indie cuts, and various NY theatrical productions to his credit.
He’ll always write songs, because that’s what he does.
