Cliff Mickelson

I am a singer, songwriter and recording/performing artist with extensive stage, tour, and studio experience. I am a member of BMI performing rights society and have worked with many well known recording stars. With my touring group I have recorded two successful albums and 5 singles. I have also recently recorded my debut solo album.

I was originally signed to Maple Haze Records, a label based in Edmonton, Alberta. I was fortunate to have had a song in the Canadian top 100 charts. After living in Edmonton Alberta, I relocated to the United States and then moved to Mazatlan Mexico in 2006 where I found a vibrant musical scene and a wealth of world-class writers and musicians to help develop my musical vision of life in North America.

My most recent album,..."LIFE, LOVE, AND THE BORDER" is a reflection of some of the influences I have been exposed to and the people I have met in my travels north of the 49th and south of the Rio Grande!

I have been honored to have a number of songs recognized and awarded placement in major international song contests.

I look forward to waking up each morning because every new day is yet another song to sing!
