Mark LeCornu

Born and raised in California Mark LeCornu's musical influences were shaped at an early age by Classic Rock and his grandmother's love of Country music and old Gospel songs. After leaving California Mark traveled the musical highways of the Gulf Coast and Deep South and spent over a decade in Nashville. During that time he played music and learned the craft of writing songs.

Everywhere he has traveled Mark has kept an ear out for stories that tell of life's complexities and he's turned them into songs. "Although I'm very comfortable playing music in the Rock genre there's something that happens when I write songs." He says. "For whatever reason when I dig deep for lyrics and melodies the end result is songs that have an Americana bent to them". Mark currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA where he has played guitar in bands, church gigs, studio session work and singer/songwriter shows.
