ilismo

ilismo is a Reggae and Jazz artist from St. Maarten, born on November 2nd. She began singing with her twin sister in church at a young age and was eventually noticed by the choir director. After taking a break from music to attend college. ilismo released several award-winning gospel albums with her twin sister and a solo Jazz EP, which won a Marlin award. ilismo enjoys coaching young vocal talent in her native country and has performed throughout the Caribbean, the USA, and Europe, sharing the stage with renowned artists. She released her first solo album, "Movin On," in 2016, which took seven years to complete and tells stories of life, love, and the power of music. ilismo sees music as more than an art form but as her life and loves making others happy with her voice.
