Adam Yas

Adam Yas of San Francisco, CA. has served as guitarist, songwriter and frontman for a wide variety of projects throughout his career. His love for genre blurring artists is evident in his own work. Having collaborated with some titans of innovation (Wes Borland, Limp Bizkit/ Mark Engles, Dredg) his own sound isn't easily definable. On his first solo effort, the dark and dreamy "Gender Of The Holy Spirit", Adam joined forces with producer Kayhan Golkar. Together they unearthed a synth laden collection of open hearted, vocal-driven hymns draped by a glittery combination of new wave, twang and strings. The sound has been likened to everything from Elbow and Roy Orbison to Beck, Devotcha and Neil Young. Adam is currently performing in and around the Bay Area.
