HEARTFELT "WORLD MUSIC" ARTISTS or BANDS (with Male or Female Vocals) are needed by an eclectic Independent Record Label with a passion for discovering culturally rich and emotionally authentic music.

Since this is a unique, wide-ranging request, we're not including references in this brief, as we felt they could potentially be more misleading or limiting than helpful. This request is open to submissions from places like (but not limited to): China, Japan, France, India, Latin America, Ireland, Africa, the Middle East, etc., etc., etc.

Please submit well-written "World Music" Songs that highlight your unique voice, cultural perspective, and artistic vision! This Label is on the hunt for emotionally rich and heartfelt Songs with captivating performances. Your submissions should feature melodies that stir the heart, meaningful lyrics (in ANY language), and high-level musicianship. Instrumentation can vary, depending on the regional style. Live instrumentation is encouraged here, especially for featured instruments. If you decide to use virtual instruments or samples, please make sure they’re high-quality, sound completely organic, indistinguishable from the real thing, and are not dated-sounding. Standout vocals performed with character and conviction are key for this opportunity!

Please submit original, authentic-sounding Greek Songs that reflect the beauty, depth, and emotion of Greece’s rich musical heritage. Picture the kind of Song that could soundtrack a village square during a summer day in Nafplio or a seaside festival in Chania. Your Songs should showcase Greek-influenced melodies, engaging rhythms, solid arrangements, and excellent musicianship. For extra authenticity, submissions could include traditional Greek instrumentation, such as the bouzouki, baglamas, laouto, clarinet, or lyra. Strong vocal delivery and thoughtfully written lyrics are key. While the feel should remain traditional and culturally grounded, the production quality must be clean, polished, and ready for broadcast. If you're using virtual instruments or samples, they must sound convincingly organic and true to the style.

Lyrics must be in Greek (a touch of English is ok, if it serves the Song). This Company has specifically requested that your lyrics are completely clean (NO profanity) and do NOT use brand names. Lyrics that avoid references to specific names, dates, and times will be the most appealing to this Company as well.
